I always love a good maternity session, and while I have done many studio maternity sessions, I have never done a full fledged maternity session outdoors. And I wanted to! So I put out a model call on my facebook fan page (become a fan by “liking” our page if you haven’t done so already), requesting a willing expecting mom and Taryn answered my call! I have to say that I really, really enjoyed this session. At 37 weeks, not only did Taryn look amazing, but she was a trooper, willing to walk all around to try a few fun locations. We battled with the sun a little, but we got some great shots and I can’t wait to do this type of session again! Thanks so much Taryn for the great evening! It was so nice to meet you, and I wish you lots of luck with the upcoming arrival of this little one!!

The other day, I got the opportunity to take Vanessa’s maternity pictures. Game for anything, I really got the opportunity to play around and try a few new things! It was a blast, and this glowing mother to be looked nothing short of fantastic!!!

I recently had the pleasure of doing Heather’s maternity pictures. An old school friend, Heather is expecting her first. She owns her own dance studio, and taught throughout her pregnancy. She looks fabulous, and of course I jumped at the opportunity to capture her in her ballet shoes!

Meet Joanne. This good friend of mine is due with baby number two in a few short weeks. She looks great, and we had fun simply playing during this session. I can’t wait until this little one is born! I have invested interest since I will be there as a doula when the little one decides to make an appearance. Can’t wait! Good luck Joanne!!
